Palm Beach County High School Elite Training

All girls training in the Palm Beach county area emphasizing wide receiver development. Each day you will go through intensive training in preparation for club, high school, collegiate and national competition with professional player and developmental coach Alex Wheat Jr. You will be coached in the areas of: Stance & start, framing the catch, dropping weight, breakpoints, route transition and a variety of other concepts relative to the wide receiver position.
